Yatin has multidisciplinary experience in chemical, biomedical/biotech, consulting, banking, and IT industries, in a variety of roles that include R&D, product development, sales and marketing, and management. He holds three US and several International patents for his inventions in the diagnostics industry. He is also active in technology transfer and helps technology and healthcare companies as an M&A Advisor. Yatin holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering and Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah. He has a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Yatin also holds the following Certifications/ licenses:

• Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA) from Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), and is a member of IBBA, M&A Source, and AM&AA

Gerard Viegas is a founding member of TechnologyPark.com. Gerard has been providing strategic and business consulting services in the North and South America, the Middle East, and Asia by introducing our clients’ innovative products, technologies, and services to the corporate world. He was instrumental in helping a major technology, media, and telecom (TMT) Investment Banking company to establish roots in India and Middle East. He has experience in the IT, medical devices, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and petrochemical field.

Gerard holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in NJ with Fathom Realty. He specializes in selling Pharma, Lab, Medical, and IT Companies.

Kanan brings a wealth of knowledge from the fields of Chemistry, Microbiology, Nutrition, Education, Management, Consulting, and Healthcare. She has worked as a dietitian in both clinical and Management settings in hospitals. She has also managed community-based nutrition education programs for Food Stamp recipients and worked with Endocrinologists to provide nutritional consulting to diabetic patients. At TechnologyPark, Kanan provides help in our Biomedical, Healthcare, and Food and Nutrition practices. She brings her people and management skills to provide excellent customer service and quality assurance for our clients.
